How can Apollo Suite help you
with your current space planning needs?
The fixture is the only place where supply (ensuring the correct amount of
stock is available) and demand (the consumer) meet. Apollo is an
indispensable tool for any retailer or manufacturer for both ensuring supply
chain costs are reduced and the fixture is well presented to the consumer.
There are many ways Apollo can help you:
-
Optimises the in-store part of the supply chain
-
Helps you visualise fixtures for new product
launches and packaging changes
-
Assists with stock forecasting and demand
planning
-
It can be tailored to meet the exact requirements
of your business

Some of the key areas making up the Apollo Suite solution are:
Graphs and Reports
Apollo“s graph feature can produce sophisticated, customized charts
with various color schemes and typographies. Graphs are used to visually
represent the data that is associated with the planogram of the category.
Different types of charts are provided to allow for flexibility within the
presentation.
Example graph:

Apollo Highlighting
Highlighting is the most powerful tool to visually identify and group
SKU“s. This utility uses colour to identify products based on user-defined
parameters.
Apollo Highlighting has many definable parameters to chose from,
just one example is Numeric Range. Numeric range is perfect for
grouping items which have performance or other numeric data
similarities, but where the actual entries are not exact matches.
Example: bags of chips come in three sizes: single serve, family,
and economy. Each manufacturer in the category has a different
weight for their entries in the three size segments. This utility
allows the user to automatically highlight the section by size,
grouping the ranges.
Examples:

Advanced Fixtures
Apollo stores more than 330 advanced fixtures. An advanced fixture is
a pre-assembled complex fixture made up of many individual components. The
advanced fixtures are grouped in galleries for viewing and selection. There
are galleries for coffin cases, cooler cases, convenience store racks and
displays, end-caps, do-it-yourself hardware displays, individual shelves,
props (checkout station, microwave etc’ ), clothing racks, pallets, tables,
warehouse racks, and signs.
Examples:

Apollo Relational database
Planogram control of updating and assigning plans to store, store
type or customer.
Apollo 9.0 utilises the data by creating an Apollo relational
database, this holds the planograms and associated data. This allows
you to run various queries across all planograms or a selection of
planograms and produce powerful reports, like space vs. sales.
Furthermore, automatic updates like additions, deletions, product
moves and data updates to dimensions, pack type or categorisation
are automatically completed across all planograms or a selection of
plans.
Apollo 9.0 has a user definable hierarchy, users are able to
create hierarchies that reflect the optimum way of storing
planograms, making access to plans as simple as possible. Planograms
are signed in and out of stores by a user friendly interface
customised to reflect your retail or customer hierarchy.
