Telemarketing Executive

RetailSmart Ltd is a distributor of IRI Apollo Store and Space Planning software, located in Newcastle Staffordshire.

A telemarketing executive is required. Using our extensive database you will be required to follow up on marketing initiatives to qualify leads and to secure appointments. Working closely with the Sales and Marketing team, you will also be involved in liasing with clients which will sometimes include online product presentations.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience working within a sales environment, have excellent time management skills, a high level of computer literacy including Microsoft XP. Also, familiarity with Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook will be essential.
